The School of Stock Market (SOSM) is committed to providing transparent and timely support to all its learners and platform users. Should you encounter any issues while utilising our services, kindly follow the outlined steps to lodge a grievance.
Issue Categories
SOSM is equipped to address grievances related to the following areas:

- • Course Access Problems
- • Subscription/Payment Issues
- • Technical Errors
- • Login/Account Problems
- • Incorrect Content Display
- • Service Quality Feedback
Important Note:
SOSM is solely responsible for providing educational services. Investment related issues linked to SEBI-registered experts (RA/IA) are not within the remit of SOSM's grievance redressal process.
Issue Exclusions
SOSM does not handle complaints pertaining to the following areas:
- • Stock tips or market losses
- • Buy/sell/hold advice
- • SEBI RA/IA advisory disputes
- • Broker-related issues (NSE/BSE)
- • Financial grievances associated with investments
These concerns should be directed to the appropriate SEBI-registered RA/IA or regulatory authority.

Resolution Timelines
Please note that the resolution timelines for grievances may vary depending on the nature and severity of the issue.
- • Acknowledgement: Within 72 working hours.
- • Review: 3-5 working days.
- • Final Resolution: Within 10 working days.
If additional time is required, we will inform you.
