Refund Policy

School of Stock Market (SOSM) Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing School of Stock Market (SOSM), operated by SOSM Services Pvt. Ltd. We value transparency and strive to ensure that every user comprehends our refund policies prior to purchasing any course, subscription, or service.

1. General Policy (No Refund on Digital Products)

All our products and services, including:

  • Online courses
  • Digital study materials
  • Recorded videos
  • Live classes
  • E-books/PDFs
  • Subscriptions
  • Screeners and tools
  • Webinars and workshops
  • Premium dashboards
  • Data/API-based tools

are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-transferable upon purchase. This is because digital products are delivered immediately and cannot be returned.

2. Subscription Services (Non-Refundable)

All subscription plans (monthly/quarterly/yearly) for:

  • Educational tools
  • Market screeners
  • Dashboards
  • Learning modules
  • Community access

are non-refundable after payment is made. Users may cancel future auto-renewals anytime from their account settings (if applicable), but no refund is provided for the current billing cycle.

3. Payments for SEBI RA/IA Services

If you choose to access services of a SEBI-registered Research Analyst (RA) or Investment Adviser (IA) through the SOSM platform:

  • Payments are directly between you and the SEBI-registered expert.
  • SOSM Services Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for refunds, cancellations, or disputes.

Refund Policies

  • Specific SEBI-Registered Expert Refund Policies: Refund policies applicable to specific SEBI-registered experts will govern the refund process.
  • SOSM's Role: SOSM does not mediate or influence RA/IA service charges.

Example:

Payments to Abhijit Patil (SEBI RA, INH000021304) adhere to his RA refund policy, not SOSM's.

4. Wrong/Failed/Double Payments

  • Payment Failure: Refunds will be issued only if confirmed by the payment gateway (PayU/Razorpay).
  • Debited Payment Not Reflected: Refunds will be issued only if confirmed by the payment gateway.
  • Amount Deducted Twice: Refunds will be issued only if confirmed by the payment gateway.

Users must provide:

  • - Transaction ID
  • - Screenshot of bank statement
  • - Registered mobile number
  • - Date and time of transaction

5. Course/Event Cancellation by SOSM

  • Live Workshops: Refunds will be issued only if explicitly offered by SOSM.
  • Webinars: Refunds will be issued only if explicitly offered by SOSM.
  • Physical Events: Refunds will be issued only if explicitly offered by SOSM.
  • Paid Sessions: Refunds will be issued only if explicitly offered by SOSM.

6. Trial Access/Demo Access

Paid versions of products or services provided through trial or demo access remain non-refundable.

7. User Responsibilities

Before purchasing, users must read the course/subscription details, understand the features included, read SEBI-compliance disclaimers, and clarify doubts through customer support.

8. Refund Exemptions

Refunds will not be issued due to:

  • Incomplete understanding
  • Change of mind
  • Lack of time
  • Technical issues on the user's device
  • Internet connectivity issues
  • Failure to use or access the service fully

9. Technical Issues

Should you encounter any technical difficulties, our support team will be at your disposal to assist you in resolving them.

Important Notice

It is important to note that technical issues do not qualify for refunds.
